Cultivating Maine’s Agricultural Future: How Towns Can Support Agriculture & Protect Farmland

Municipalities have an important role to play in helping farm businesses thrive, protecting valuable farmland from development, and ensuring local ordinances and planning initiatives respond to the needs and goals of farmers in their communities. Following the release of the Second Edition of Cultivating Maine’s Agricultural Future: A Policy & Planning Guide for Towns, join Maine Farmland Trust for a presentation and discussion on strategies that your town can take to support agriculture and protect farmland.

All are welcome. Free refreshments and printed copies of the guide provided. Information collected through this form will be used for planning purposes only.
