Individual development is a vital component of SCEC’s strategy to align and strengthen collaboration between workforce, education and economic development. Our leadership and professional development training, scholarship programs and workshops are intended to serve Washington County residents from all walks of life. The Council also administers an award-winning leadership program for Washington County residents, modeled after the highly successful Leadership Maine program.
