Maine Connectivity Authority Awards Funding to build fiber in Vanceboro, Lambert Lake, Waite, Talmadge, Topsfield and Kossuth. Fidium Fiber (CCI) has been awarded $1.29M to bring fiber to the Washington County communities of Vanceboro, Lambert Lake, Waite, Talmadge, Topsfield, and Kossuth where residents have long struggled with internet “speeds” of 6/.49. Fiber connectivity will allow community members to finally participate in telehealth, educational opportunities, remote work, and the global economy!
