All Washington County residents are welcome to attend Business Basics, an eight hour class. Presented by New Ventures Maine (formerly Women, Work, and Community) and the Women’s Business Center at CEI, the class is designed especially for those thinking about or in the early start-up phase of a new business. Topics covered include the basics of a business plan, marketing, cash planning. Participants will also learn to assess the feasibility, desirability and viability of a business idea and get started with a plan. There are no fees but pre-registration is necessary.
